 Items:

 1.  JdF

• Ball had to be reopened to switch a communications pin.  Will use this time to reload some testing pucks.  Will not change PCR reagents.  Will re-seal later today. 
• Doug planning on test tank Weds.

2.  Drifter

• Julie working on MFB 1.  Her assays have been qualified on another MFB, so currently concentrating on being able to filter 2L, and what this does to the SPE efficiency, etc.  Should be getting Hawaii water end of this week.  Will test with that and higher-pressure pressure pots. 

3.  Roman concentrating on array needs.  Will work with Julie and Chris P. for arrays for Hawaii and SC Wharf, respectively. 

• ESP-Bruce recovered and will be shipped back to MBARI July 11.  
• TTLab will start to get reorganized.  Helpful in build of Betty and re-build of NEO.
• Chris P., will be needing help with the NEO conversion and will rely on Roman and Bill for the script re-do's she can't get to.

4.  Elif has rec'd the SYBR assays, and will load on MFB 5 Friday or Monday with Preston help.  She's trying to get assays ready for potentially a M0 deployemnt in Fall, although this has not been confirmed.

5.  Bill testing MFB recovery of DNA with Qiagen wash buffer.  Also has got MFB4 assembled from parts of others;  still needs calibrating, both plumbing and heater module.
